powered-by="xiumi.us"><section><p>提到刘汉乡，大家最先想到的便是寨里村，寨里村这几年不仅在改门台、村庄绿化、美化走在最前列，更在这次街巷硬化中开创出“寨里”模式供其他村学习借鉴。但武建芳没有止步于此，而是自我革新，以更长远的眼光建设村庄。寨里村以街巷硬化为契机，与污水治理、厕所改造形成“三位一体”，永久解决影响村庄环境的“三大顽疾”。</p></section></section><section powered-by="xiumi.us"><section><p>开展街巷硬化既要有资金又要有人干。武建芳改变过去“干部干、群众看”的被动局面，大力推行“巷长制”，从村民中推举出108名巷长，牵头负责街巷硬化涉及的发动群众、资金筹措、物料采购、质量监管、后期维护等工作。村“两委”干部、巷长、群众齐上阵，加快了街巷硬化步伐。</p><p>截止目前，寨里村共铺设污水主管网1480米，辅助管网6592米。主街道铺设沥青5800平方米，小街道硬化水泥路面1528平方米，巷道硬化71条、18474平方米</p></section></section><section
