</h3><section><section><section><section><section><p><strong>驴肉香肠</strong></p></section></section></section></section></section><h3>中国有句俗语“天上龙肉，地上驴肉”，驴肉以其质高味美而被尊为上乘佳品。永年驴肉香肠源于明朝中叶，选用精驴肉，经洗净、吹起晾干、煮熟、剁成肉沫，再用肉汤调和粉芡，加花椒、茴香、沙仁、陈皮、肉桂、丁香、姜末等香料，用芝麻香油和肉末、粉糊一起调拌，然后灌入肠皮中，扎成小捆，高温蒸煮灭菌，最后用果木熏制而成。因此永年县 “驴肉香肠”又称“驴灌肠”。驴肉香肠营养丰富，鲜美可口，回味悠长。1997年被中国烹饪协会授予“中华名小吃”称号，被邯郸市政府指定为接待用食品，2004年又被列为河北省著名商标，邯郸市十大名小吃之一，成为永年的一大特产而享誉海内外。</h3><p><br></p><p><span class="wxart_image" wx-=""></span></p><h3> </h3><section><section><section><section><section><p><strong>广府酥鱼</strong></p></section></section></section></section></section><h3>广府酥鱼是广府一大特产，骨酥刺烂，鱼形完整，营养滋补，老少皆宜。1961年毛泽东主席视察邯郸时，地委食堂的张师傅（永年广府城人）所做的酥鱼，毛主席品尝后给予很高的评价，认为鱼骨含磷、钙最多，白白扔掉十分可惜，酥后便于人体消化吸收，山珍海味在营养价值上也不过如此，应该推广这个做法。主席让随行厨师留在邯郸学做酥鱼制作手艺，于是酥鱼制作便流传到了北京，以后又有很多外宾派厨师专程进京学制酥鱼技术。现在广府酥鱼已经成为具有中国特色，受到国内外嘉宾欢迎的美味佳肴，并作为名牌产品销售于全国各地。</h3><p><br></p><p><span
