136);">李广升面对感染科的工作，不仅需要做好充分的物质准备，更需要运筹帷幄、临危不乱的心里素质。2月7日进入病房后，每个人都需要单人单间隔离。为了在保证患者得到及时救治的同时，又严格执行消毒隔离的程序，他们按工作时间将医护人员分为四组，每组安排一名副护士长为组长，进入病房工作六个小时。初期第一组进入病房收治患者，第二组备战，他和护士长带领第三、四组继续上楼连夜收拾其它病房，搞卫生，环境消毒，设置隔离区，迅速理顺了工作，妥善安排了入院患者。直到凌晨5点，他和护士长及多名医护人员还没有休息，他说：当时看着组员们那疲惫不堪的面容，那一刻我被他们感动了，他们是透支自己的健康在和疫情搏斗，这是怎样的一种精神？这，也是最真实的我们。</span></h3><p><span 136);">2月23日晚，收治了一名重症发热患者，患者多种疾病并存，在肺部感染的同时合并冠心病、心衰、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病酮症，此次入院还出现了消化道出血，血氧饱和度低，患者不能平卧，稍事活动即感胸闷气短心悸，针对患者的特殊情况，我连夜进入病房亲自诊治，认真查体，并与患者进行面对面深入沟通，使患者及家属对具体病情有了充分认识，消除了患者的紧张情绪，制定了详细的诊治方案，对血压监测、血糖监测和液体滴速的每个细节都进行了专门叮嘱，待患者血糖降至10mmoL/L，尿酮体消失，血氧饱和度升至98%，生命体征平稳，可以平卧入睡后，我才回到生活区。经过多次努力，患者病情得到有效及时救治，转危为安，家属多次表示感谢，并向护士要来纸笔在病房内写下了感谢信。</span></h3><p><span
