rgb(255, 255, 255);font-size: 17px;">我与徐高升同志曾有过两次工作交集。一次是上世纪九十年代，我任邢台市委副书记时，他任任县县长；一次是2004年后的一段时间，我任邯郸市市长，他任复兴区区委书记。我与高升同志的关系不仅是工作关系，也是朋友关系；不仅是一般的朋友，还是文友。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 42px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;letter-spacing: 1px;color: rgb(255, 255, 255);font-size: 17px;">所指工作关系，主要发生在两次工作交集期间。我对他突出的印象是“两业”。一是敬业，二是专业。所谓敬业，是指他事业心强，工作敢于负责，有担当精神；所言专业，是指他阅历丰富，不仅有行政工作经验，而且有企业工作经历，懂经济。这在党政干部中是很难得的。“敬业”是德，“专业”是才。因此，他的工作干得很出色。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 42px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;letter-spacing: 1px;color: rgb(255, 255, 255);font-size: 17px;">所指朋友关系，则不仅发生在工作交集期间，而且一直延续到现在，还将延续下去。即我与他不仅有“公交”，而且有私交。作为朋友，我对他的印象可概括为“两可”。一是可靠，二是可交。所言可靠，是指他人品好，是可说、敢说心理话的朋友；所言可交，是指他是个热心肠的人，是乐于助人的人。即我们是有共同语言和志趣的人。我的朋友虽然不少，但政界的，能经得住顺逆、台上台下风雨冲刷和淘洗的朋友并不多，但高升是一个。</span></p><p 17px;">所指文友关系，是近年才建立起来的。他经常读我的文章，而他这方面的才能我是近来才“发现”的。近年，我们互有信息，后来是微信交往，也时有面晤交流。这使我发现，他很有文才。他的文才不仅体现在讲话和公文上，而且时有诗歌、散文等作品行世。最近他将自己写的回忆录文集《交往点滴》让我过目，令我有先睹为快之感。作为文友，我对他的印象则是“两真”，即“真实”“真情”。所言“真实”是说，他的文章写的大都是真人实事；所言“真情”是说，他抒发的是真情实感。读他的文章，不仅能产生共鸣，而且能增长知识。</span></p><p
