1月29日，我被任命为感染病房行政主任，收治从武汉返乡的发热患者，倍感责任重大，查看了28名医务人员的简历，迅速制定了工作计划，并实施了多次培训。2月4日，我们进驻了感染病房。出发前，成立了临时党支部，我被任命为党支部书记。进驻后，我和业务主任及护士长，穿好隔离衣查看了感染分区布局情况及病房的每一位患者。我知道这不是一个普通的病区，这是战场，病毒看不见，摸不着，但无孔不入，稍微一点儿的疏漏就可能会发生医患、患者之间交叉感染。我们严格规范穿脱隔离衣的流程、交接班制度的具体内容、与患者沟通的技巧、洁净区、病区无死角的消毒、终末消毒的每一个细节(如窗帘的喷洒、马桶内污物冲洗及消毒)等制度和流程，并制作了23处醒目标识以提醒同志们严格执行流程。</p><p 有一天，值班医生向我汇报，有一名患者情绪失控，拒绝治疗，沟通极度困难。我迅速做好个人防护，进到污染区。患者深锁着眉头，满脸的焦虑和恐惧，还有怨气，床桌上午饭凌乱地放着。我一边听她怒喊着，一边将床桌收拾干净。我走到她面前，拉起了她的双手，告诉她：我是这个科室的主任，和她一样被隔离着，同吃一样的伙食，同住一楼，我们是战友。我详细向她沟通解释她的病情，我们聊了整整90分钟，她的恐惧慢慢消失了，重新回到了床上。我鼓励她一定要做一个坚强、漂亮的妈妈，她露出欣慰的笑容。她告诉我：她已经三天没合眼了，今天晚上肯定能睡个好觉。走出病房后，我才发现自己隔离衣里面的衣服已经湿透了。对待被隔离的患者，不但需要常规的治疗，更需要医护人员用爱心、耐心及时与他们沟通，消除他们对疾病、对隔离的恐惧，增强他们战胜病魔的信心。</p></section></section><section
