SimSun;">年非典时的经验和对传染病的深刻认识，作为一个医务人员马上意识到这次疫情绝非普通病毒，思想上必须高度重视，随即向同志们传达院方精神，讲清利害关系，要求迅速进入战备状态，科室同志们无一退怯，集体请愿。</span>一个个红手印，一双双清澈无畏的眼睛，让我非常感动。</span></section><section style="text-align: left;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;color: rgb(136, 136, 136);"> 时间就是生命，面对严峻的疫情，院方通知我带队成立感染二科，负责武汉返乡人员隔离及治疗工作。来不及安排家里的事情，我迅速投入工作，重新启用病房楼隔离病房，马上培训防护及传染病知识，反复强调医护自我防护，保证病人安全的基础上必须保证零传染。刚开始，为了节省防护服，每次工作时间比较长，好几个同志穿纸尿裤引起泌尿系感染，防护口罩压的脸上起了水泡，消毒水泡的皮肤过敏，没有一个同志叫苦叫累，而且我们病房的姐妹们孩子都还小，和家里人视频都忍着眼泪报平安，好让人心疼。刚开始，好多病人自己觉得没有症状，不配合隔离工作，和我们有言语上的冲突，甚至情绪激动、言语攻击。除了做治疗，我们又针对上述情况，专门集体学习心理疏导技巧，安抚病人思想工作，可想而知，24<span 工作进行期间，心中一个概念，必须保证医务人员及病人的安全，保证疫情不能扩散，每天密切观察武汉返乡人员和密切接触者的病情变化。在刚开始的工作中，面对被隔离后各种问题，层出不穷，有惊慌失措、有情绪激烈……<span style="font-family: SimSun;">各种的不理解，我都一一疏导，做好心里安抚。</span>我疏导的同时更理解他们，可是为了更好的安定，必须做好防患于未然，经过疏导，一个个的不理解变成了以心换心的配合。面对残酷的疫情，我们必须保障疫情不能扩散，而这些灾难从天而降，我们只要众志成城，同舟共济才能战胜疫情。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span
