15px;">在病房里，护士们不但要承担超负荷的工作，还要承受新冠肺炎带来的心理压力。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;">在这种情况下，她们需要穿上隔离衣、防护服、戴上双层橡胶手套、护目镜、N95口罩，量体温、采血，扎针、输液。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;">而戴上双层手套工作，是个很大的考验，增加了成倍的工作难度。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;">但张娟的眼里心中只有患者，她凭借丰富的经验和过硬的业务能力，始终做到“一针见血”，从未增加病人的痛苦。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;">为了节省防护服，在进入隔离病房上岗前，她尽量不喝水，不吃东西。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;">厚厚的防护服下，经常闷得汗流浃背，防护镜下凝成了一股水流顺着面罩往下淌，几个小时下来，常常感到心慌胸闷，呼吸困难。</span><span style="font-size:
